Osaka Temmangu Shrine is located in Minamimorimachi, close to Umeda.
This shrine is located amidst the rows of offices and condominiums that surround it.
The shrine is famous for the Tenjin Festival held every July, but in February, the plum blossoms bloom and the Ume Festival is held.
While some areas charge a fee, there is also an area where you can view plum blossoms for free, so be sure to visit this area when you visit Osaka.
