Ōno-ji Temple is located in Nara Prefecture but is far from Nara City, where Tōdai-ji Temple and Kasuga Taisha Shrine are situated.
However, it is located about a 5-minute walk from the nearest station, Kintetsu Murōguchi-Ōno Station.
Ōno-ji Temple is a small temple, but every April, the weeping cherry blossoms bloom beautifully.
Since it is a relatively unknown temple, there are few visitors, allowing you to take your time and enjoy the view.
